We suggest a quick 10 minute marinade of olive oil, lime juice and the seasoning blend of your choice prior to cooking pasture raised chicken tenders. Not only will this tenderize the meat, it will impart delicious flavor.
While pastured chicken has more flavor than store bought, chicken tenders are themselves on the milder side - making them perfect (tasty) sponges for any flavors you would like to use.
Frozen raw chicken tenders in air fryer: Did you know you can go straight from frozen to cooked with chicken tenders? Place frozen tenders in a ziploc bag with 2 tbl of olive oil and 1 tsp spice mix of your choice. Allow to marinate at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees, then cook the tenders for 5 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 165 degrees.
At Acabonac Farms our chickens form a natural ecosystem alongside our other animals. They are cycled through our pastures along with cattle, lamb and pigs; with each animal lending their own special qualities to our regenerative ranching practice.
