Our Chili & Cheddar Hot Dogs combine grass finished beef, pasture raised pork, melty cheddar, and chili seasonings for a rich, hearty flavor. Because these links are stuffed with cheese and spices, the goal is to heat them through without splitting them, keeping all that delicious filling right where it belongs. Moderate, steady heat works best for preserving juiciness.

General Tips:

  • Cook over medium heat—high heat can cause the sausage to split and the cheese to escape
  • Turn frequently for even browning without blistering
  • Let rest briefly after cooking so the cheese settles inside
  • Pair with simple toppings; the chili-cheddar combo already brings bold flavor

Grill or Skillet Tips:

  • Preheat to medium and lightly oil the grates or pan
  • Grill or sear 3–4 minutes per side, rotating often to avoid hot spots
  • Move to indirect heat if browning too quickly
