Lamb cubes are easy to cook and can be included in any slow cooker, braised or pressure cooked recipe. For the best flavor we recommend seasoning with salt and pepper then a quick saute to brown the lamb stew meat before slow cooking. This will add deeper flavor to your final dish. Some of our favorites include: lamb chili, slow cooked lamb and vegetable stew, and Moroccan lamb tagine.
