Have used this method a couple of times, and it really is fool proof. This is my go to recipe for grilling chicken for one.

My family loves fried chicken, but I don’t make it very often. We love the crispy coating on the outside. Yours looks delicious and I will be trying it Jean! Thanks for sharing the recipe with SYC. hugs,

I always not only drain my meat, but rinse it with hot water. This will get all of the grease off. Then I leave it sitting in the collander over couple of paper towels for a few minutes to get as much water off as it can. Then I will bag or freeze it. And we always do salt, pepper, and garlic in all of our ground beef recipes. CrazyAsk

We tried this recipe and were disappointed with it. I’m sure we followed it step by step, and maybe it was supposed to happen this way – but the rice just turned to mush. the flavor was ok, but the mushy rice & the fact that there wasn’t much nutritional value to it aside from some protein from the chicken, we won’t be making it agin.Kelly Hubbard
