Simple Paleo Steak Sauce

  • Ingredients:

    • 15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
    • 3/4 Cup Water
    • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
    • 1/3 Cup Honey
    • 2 TB Maple Syrup
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 3/4 tsp Onion Powder
    • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

    Instructions:

    1. Add all ingredients to a medium sized saucepan and whisk together
    2. Bring to a simmer over medium/high heat
    3. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
    4. Let cool to room temperature
    5. Store in an airtight container
    6. The sauce will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator
