We do not have a retail store at our farm. Only online purchases scheduled for pickup will be available for on-farm pickup.

If you choose the pickup option, you will be provided a calendar to select your pickup date / time. Please know that the days available for pickup are very limited at this time.
Only orders scheduled for pickup on the date/time scheduled will be distributed. No exceptions.

One of the worries when it comes to cooking ground chicken is that it will dry out. Depending on what you cook that can be a concern. With ground chicken tacos or a chicken Thai salad, the sauce or dressing takes some of the pressure off this concern. With meatballs and ground chicken burgers, however, the key is not over working your chicken and not over cooking.
If making chicken meatballs, do not over mix before forming the balls, if making burgers - gently form the patties. Cook burgers and meatballs to 165 degrees, taking care not to overcook.
