Cooking Tips

  • While both beef and pork bacon have their own unique flavors, our pastured pork bacon ends offers a rich, savory taste that's hard to resist. Our bacon is nutrient-dense and free of harmful additives. When you choose our pastured bacon, you're supporting sustainable agriculture and enjoying a delicious, high-quality product.
  • Pan-frying: Cook the bacon ends over medium heat in a skillet, flipping occasionally, until it reaches your desired crispiness.
  • Baking: Place the bacon ends on a wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
  • Microwaving: Place bacon end pieces between layers of paper towels on a microwave-safe plate, and microwave on high for about 4-6 minutes per slice, or until crispy.
