• We do not have a retail store at our farm.  Only online purchases scheduled for pickup will be available for on-farm pickup.
• $125 minimum for all orders (including pickup orders).
• At online checkout you will be given the ability to select between having your order shipped or collecting your order from our farm in Middle Island, NY.  If you choose the pickup option, you will be provided a calendar to select your pickup date / time.  Please know that the days available for pickup are very limited at this time.
• Only orders scheduled for pickup on the date/time scheduled will be distributed.  No exceptions.

• While both beef and pork bacon have their own unique flavors, our pastured pork bacon offers a rich, savory taste that's hard to resist. Our bacon is nutrient-dense and free of harmful additives. When you choose our pastured bacon, you're supporting sustainable agriculture and enjoying a delicious, high-quality product.
• Pan-frying: Cook the bacon over medium heat in a skillet, flipping occasionally, until it reaches your desired crispiness.
• Baking: Place the bacon on a wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
• Microwaving: Place bacon slices between layers of paper towels on a microwave-safe plate, and microwave on high for about 4-6 minutes per slice, or until crispy.
