How to cook beef bratwurst:

Grilling Bratwurst: Brats should be grilled over medium low heat for approximately 20 minutes, turning often so every side has a chance to crisp up.

Air fryer bratwurst: Cooking brats in an air fryer is a super quick way to easily prepare these tasty sausages any night of the week. To cook preheat fryer to 350 degrees and cook for approximately 12 minutes, turning once half way through.

How long to boil a bratwurst: If you're cooking for a crowd or making beer brats, boiling is a great way to par cook your brats, allowing them to be quickly crisped on the grill for a finishing touch. To boil brats, place in saucepan and cover with liquid. Bring to a boil for 10-12 minutes, drain liquid and then grill or fry to crisp up before serving.
