Cooking Tips

  • Pan-Fried: Begin by generously seasoning both sides of the chop with salt and pepper. Heat a pan with a thin layer of high-temperature oil over high heat. Sear the chops on both sides until a golden crust forms. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for an additional 7-10 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers the perfect medium-rare temperature of 140-145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Baked: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat an oven-safe skillet with a small amount of oil until it shimmers. Season both sides of the chops with salt and pepper. Sear the chops for one minute per side to develop a crust. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140-145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grilled: Begin by marinating the lamb chops in a quick marinade of olive oil and your choice of herbs for 15 minutes. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the lamb chops over indirect heat and grill for approximately 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Move the lamb chops over direct high heat to form a tasty sear and continue grilling for 1-2 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches the perfect medium-rare range of 140-145 degrees Fahrenheit.
