Fajita cooking tips:
Beef fajita strips can be grilled or cooked in the skillet. We recommend a quick marinade of olive oil, lime juice and chili powder to add flavor and tenderness prior to cooking. After that, it’s all about combining them with your favorite fajita ingredients like avocado, cheese, onions, tomatoes and peppers.
How to cook fajita meat in skillet: To develop the best caramelization and keep the meat tender it is important to have your skillet at a medium high heat, and have your marinated strips dried off before cooking. Once ready add a couple tablespoons of oil to the pan and add your beef strips. Do not overcrowd the pan as this will result in steaming rather than frying. Cook for 2-4 minutes stirring as necessary to make sure all sides are browned. If necessary cook in batches.
Beef fajitas in air fryer: Preheat fryer to 390 degrees and place marinated strips in fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket a couple times to insure even cooking.
