How to cook filet mignon:

Reverse sear filet mignon: liberally season steak with salt and pepper, cook in 225 degree oven for 40 minutes until an internal temperature of 12 is reached. Remove from oven then sear in a hot pan to develop crust.
Cook filet mignon in air fryer: preheat air fryer to 450 degrees, cook filet for 6 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
How long to sous vide filet mignon: for the perfect medium filet, preheat your water to 130 degrees, cook in water for 2 hours then quickly fry in a hot pan with oil to develop a crust.
