Our pastured chicken drumsticks are meaty and loaded with flavor. They can stand up to seasoning blends, so feel free to try exciting combinations!
Our drumsticks should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees; being careful not to overcook - which will lead to tough and dry meat.
In Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Toss drumsticks with 2 tbl olive oil and 3 tbl seasoning of your choice. Place in basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip or toss drumsticks and cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
In oven:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss drumsticks with 2 tbl olive oil and 3 tbl seasoning of your choice. Arrange raw chicken drumsticks in single layer on baking tray and bake until thermometer registers 165 degrees.
