Our pasture-raised ground pork is made from premium cuts of pork from active, pasture-raised hogs; resulting in a clean, naturally sweet flavor and tender texture. Ground pork is incredibly versatile and shines in everything from meatballs and sausages to dumplings, sauces, and skillet meals. Its balanced fat content makes it juicy and forgiving while still letting seasonings and spices take center stage.

Our ground pork is best eaten within 12 months of purchase for the optimum flavor and quality. For best results maintain a stable deep freeze temperature without fluctuations to prevent freezer burn or flavor loss.
