In our quarter of beef (as well as other bulk options), you get the exact same beef we sell a la carte here on our website, but with bulk savings. This beef is sustainably & humanely raised by us right here on our Long Island farm, and is 100% grass fed and pasture finished with no hormones, steroids, or sub-therapeutic antibiotics used, ever.All our grass fed beef is immediately flash frozen, which means it arrives at your door frozen with all the freshness and nutrition locked in. All cuts come individually wrapped.

Please note: weights vary by cut in your quarter of beef. We will ensure you get the total weight you ordered, but the per cut averages provided here will vary slightly due to natural variation of the beef.

Payment & Pickup Information

Payment: A deposit is required in order to secure your bulk beef order. This deposit can be made below on our website. Payment in full in due prior to delivery / pickup. We will contact you once your deposit has been received to schedule delivery / pickup.

Pickup: Bulk orders are available for pickup from our Middle Island ranch at 9am on the second Saturday of every month. Bulk orders are not eligible for delivery or shipment.

Returns: We do not offer returns on bulk beef orders.
